From the very first visit, Michael came across as professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding the right solution rather than simply selling me the most expensive option. He arrived when he said he would, responded promptly to emails, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my endless questions without making me feel like a nuisance. The work itself has been excellent. The lads who came to carry out the work were polite, hardworking, respectful of the property, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The job was completed efficiently, the site was kept tidy, and any issues or questions were dealt with quickly and professionally. The conservatory has been completely transformed and the standard of workmanship has been first class. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and Michael was happy to discuss options and make sensible recommendations throughout the project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Quirks Property Maintenance. Professional, reliable, easy to deal with, and most importantly, they do exactly what they say they’re going to do. Michael and his team are worth more than 5 stars! We had a full living room, hallway, landing & stairs renovation (Damp proofing, electrics, plumbing, plastering and joinery). From start to finish they were fantastic! Everything was organised and ran like clockwork which took a massive stress off me and my wife. His employees are a credit to the company too, always polite, non stop working from the start of the day to the end and had a lot of pride in their work. Really pleased with the work carried out by Ethan and Jake over the last two days. They completed a variety of jobs for us including replacing a drainpipe, sealing windows, clearing gutters, securing external cables and blocking up an old dryer vent — you genuinely can’t tell where the old vent was, it looks great. Both were very professional, respectful and friendly throughout, and really nice to deal with. They arrived when expected, worked consistently throughout the day and took care to keep all areas tidy while working. I would highly recommend this company. They provided a good reliable service. Their workmen were polite, helpful and trustworthy and were always here on time on the agreed days. They worked hard and always tidied up at the end of each day. Once the work was completed it was reassuring that Mike has followed up to ensure that I am satisfied with all the work.
