Mike and his team have given me my dream Kitchen! It looks phenomenal with work completed to a very high standard.
Nothing was too much trouble, and I had a lot of requests! This included making a replica wooden beam to match the rest of the house, which they had never done before, but it looks brilliant!
They are a lovely team, very friendly, clean and tidy. I was in the house for 3-4 weeks of the extension being completed with two babies, and they were really respectful of this and just generally very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use QPM in the future for renovations to my home and would highly recommend them. Thank you Mike!

Quirks Property Maintenance have exceeded my expectations in the professionalism by which they went about the job, and even when a small mistake was made due to poor communication on my part, it was rectified quickly.
Additionally they voluntarily worked exceptionally long hours without being pressured to complete the job to a high standard in as short a time as possible. I will be putting future quotations their way, and would be comfortable using them again for both commercial and private work.
All the work was carried out quickly, efficiently and to time. Mike and his lads turned up when they said they would, had what they needed for the jobs and spent their time working, not chatting.
Mike kept a good eye on all the work being done and seemed to be in more than one place at a time. When I asked for additional work Mike reacted promptly and just got on with it. Would certainly call on him if I need any more work doing.
I called Mike out after I drilled through a water pipe! It was 11.30 in the evening and he arrived at our house in 20 minutes! Really nice lad too and knows his stuff! He’s very professional and was really helpful when he noticed I was doing my en suite myself!
He’s been back to ours again since for another job and again the same high level of service. Will absolutely recommend him to everyone and will always go to Mike first. Cheers Mike!
Quirks Property came and removed a supporting wall and replaced with a RSJ, they also installed 2 radiators, and sorted the plumbing out. The whole kitchen was then re wired and skimmed. I
can not fault the team what so ever, they have been very professional and kept me up to date every step of the way. They have been punctual and exceeded my expectation’s every day they have been working here, the area was always left clean and tidy, I will be recommending Mike and his team to anyone in future.
